KEEP IT KAIZEN

It’s time to explain ‘Keep it kaizen’.
… 3 words that guide decisions, actions, and thoughts. Simply, kaizen means change for better by combining two japanese symbols; kai + zen = 改善. However, explaining the scope of this phrase in words is challenging, even slightly absurd… like observing sounds commonly unheard.
‘Keep it kaizen’ is a phrase to remind humans to continuously strive for positive change when living, breathing, and being (note: positive change is progressive, AND regressive).
THIS IS HOW TO KEEP IT KAIZEN:
Breath in… (chaos, suffering, ect…)
— pause —
Breath out… (flow, bliss, positive ect…)
This continuous process can, will, and does guide humans moment to moment through decisions, actions, and thoughts in all realms of life; love, travel, art, business, community, and philosophy. Breath in… — pause — Breath out… This is what ‘keep it kaizen’ is all about.
During these meditative moments, keeping it kaizen is about staying aware, making subtle shifts, and immersing into a positive flow. The process is not easy or hard, nor slow or fast; it’s simply here now as the moments pass.
Beyond these words, a truth comes to light. Since beings are here now, change never ends; therefore, we only ever have one choice… keep it kaizen.
